Each preset requires only 1 credit, and all purchased credits are valid indefinitely with no expiration. You can choose to purchase 50, 200, or 500 credits at a time. Credits are not deducted for files you’ve already downloaded—once a file has been downloaded, you may re-download it as many times as needed without incurring additional charges.

We consistently update our sound libraries, with new updates every week, but it’s important to note that these updates are rotated among the different synth presets each week. For example, one week we might release new presets for Serum, and the next week we might focus on updating the Sylenth1 presets. This means that while we are committed to regularly refreshing our preset collections, the specific synth presets that receive the update may vary from week to week.

We are always open to the possibility of adding new presets for popular synths as they gain prominence in the music production industry. Our decision to introduce a new presets for a specific synth is greatly influenced by the demand and interest from our customers. If there is a high demand for presets for a newly popular synth, we will strongly consider developing a dedicated prodcut for it.

Furthermore, it’s important to note that if you are a subscriber to our Complete Access plan, you will automatically gain access to these new additions as well. The Complete Access subscription is designed to encompass all the presets we offer, including any new synths that we may add to our service in the future. This means that as we expand our offerings and add new synth presets based on emerging trends and customer feedback, Complete Access subscribers will benefit from these additions at no extra cost.
