At Routed Sound, we take pride in providing high-quality products and services. We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. As such, we do not offer refunds on any products or services that we provide.

• Digital Downloads: Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is not eligible for a refund. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of digital products and to prevent unauthorized use or redistribution. We believe in clear and consistent policies to set proper expectations for our customers.
• Premium Access: Your purchase grants you a one-time allocation of non-expiring credits to download exclusive premium presets. Each preset costs 1 credit. Due to the digital and non-revocable nature of the content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

In rare cases, exceptions to our no-refund policy may be considered. This includes, but is not limited to, the following conditions:

1. Product Defects: If you receive a digital product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving the product. We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or exchange, as appropriate.
